I didn't have much to do with picking a font we all pretty much determined that something with some kind of brush effect would probably look best. We delegated the typography to Dan since he was a better judge in this area. He presented the two fonts below, the first one as a slogan/smaller written details font and the latter as the main name font. They work well together and they definitely contain a brush element so they should work effectively in our design.
