I created some additional backgrounds to go into some of the spare jars in order to ensure overall continuity within the design. I knew that Jake and Dan had created some darker ones so I opted to create some bright ones- I used a lot of pink hues in order to tie in the type colour choice that Dan presented. The backgrounds would also need to be animated a little - so the stars in the one below can spin.
I ended up using a mix of photoshop and illustrator to create these and I am very happy with the brushes that Jake has given me to use - they are incredibly textural and allow me to create almost paint effects.
